Let's adventure!

Cosmos' Lounge is headed to Williamsport for the Little League Museum! This day trip is open to teens grades 6–12 and includes everything you need for a day of baseball history!

What we'll be doing

The World of Little League Museum sits right on the Little League International Complex in South Williamsport; the birthplace of Little League Baseball, founded there in 1939. Teens will get a self-guided tour through interactive exhibits tracing the history of the league, including audio and video stories, an interactive touchscreen table connecting every local Little League in the world, a catcher's station, and a home plate-to-first base running exhibit. There's also a running area to test speed between bases, a station to test reaction time on ground balls, and a wall to test how high you can jump; plenty of hands-on activities alongside the history. The museum sits on a hill overlooking Howard J. Lamade Stadium, home of the actual Little League World Series, so teens will get to see the real fields where the tournament is played every August.

Hundreds of artifacts at the World of Little League Museum are on display for research and educational, and used in exhibits for people of all ages.

Why we're going

There's something powerful about standing on the same hill where kids not much older than our teens have competed on a world stage. Williamsport is a reminder that big things can start small Little League itself began as a single three-team league right here in Pennsylvania and grew into a global program. For our teens, especially the ones who play or love sports, it's a chance to connect with the roots of the game, get hands-on with real baseball skills, and see what dedication and teamwork can build over time. It fits Cosmos' mission of giving teens new experiences that broaden their world and inspire them to dream bigger.

Trip Details

Trip Date: November 22, 2026

Departure/Return: Leaves from Cosmos' Lounge at 8:00 AM, returns in the evening around 6:00 PM

Safety first

All Cosmos' Lounge staff and chaperones hold current PA child care clearances and CPR certification. Because we can't guarantee that every parent or guardian on a trip would have the same clearances, parents are not able to join this trip — this keeps things safe and consistent for every teen in the group.
