This Is Why

Hey, I’m Ashly—Founder of Cosmos’ Lounge.

A professional portrait of Ashly Colosimo Gross, owner of Cosmos' Lounge. She sits on a modern white chair with wooden legs against a solid black background. She is wearing a light lavender blazer over a white shirt, black pants, and white sneakers with blue accents. With a warm smile and a confident posture, she exudes approachability and leadership.

When I was a teen, all I wanted was to grow up and get out of Bradford.
I was restless, bored, and tired of feeling like there was nowhere to go and nothing to do. Everything felt either too adult, too little-kid, or came with rules that made it hard to just exist.

Years later, after more than a decade working with youth—coaching, mentoring, and building programs—I realized the story hadn’t changed. I kept hearing the same things:

“Teens are trouble.”
“There’s nothing to do.”
“There’s nowhere to go.”

So, I decided to change the narrative.

Cosmos’ Lounge was built to be that missing space — a third space between school and home where teens can hang out, create, and belong. No pressure. No judgment. No expectations — just good vibes, creativity, and connection.

And now, as Cosmos grows, that same energy is expanding into something even bigger: a place for everyone to rediscover their creative spark. Because everyone — teens, families, and adults alike — deserves somewhere to go and something to do.

That’s Cosmos’ Lounge.
Your space to hang out, create, and connect — finally.
