Emergency Response Workshop (For Teens)

Join us for an interactive Emergency Response Workshop designed just for teens! This hands-on session will build the confidence to act in an emergency until EMS arrives.

• 911 Dispatch will walk through real scenarios and typical calls, showing what to expect when you dial for help.

• Derrick City Fire Department will teach basic first aid and safety skills.

• The Guidance Center will cover how to respond when a friend is experiencing panic attacks, stress, or other mental health challenges.

Teens will leave with practical skills and the reassurance that they can make a difference in critical moments.
