Community Supporters

Cosmos wouldn’t exist without the generosity and belief of our community and partners. Every grant, sponsorship, and collaboration helps us open doors for teens—making youth-led experiences, real-world adventures, and leadership growth possible.

Thank you to everyone who stands with us and invests in a future where every teen can belong, lead, and thrive.

Tess Majors Foundation (2026)

Support from the Tess Majors Foundation has been a true gift to Cosmos. Their generosity created an opportunity beyond anything we could have imagined — stepping in to support daily free programming for teens, expand our summer hiking and exploration initiatives, and strengthen our work in music, art, and adventure.

Because of this partnership, more young people have consistent access to a safe, youth-led space and meaningful experiences that build confidence, independence, and leadership. Their support doesn’t just fund programs — it expands possibility.

Though we did not have the privilege of knowing Tess personally, her spirit embodies so much of what Cosmos strives to offer: courage, curiosity, compassion, and a belief in the power of young people. We carry that spirit forward in everything we do, committed to honoring her legacy by creating opportunity, adventure, and voice for the next generation.

We are deeply grateful for this partnership and the trust placed in our work.

ARG Legacy Grant (2026)

The ARG Legacy Fund is fueling our Mobile Pop-Up Program by providing the essential equipment that allows us to go beyond our four walls and meet teens where they are. From creative art kits and sports equipment to pop-up tents for local festivals, this support has transformed our ability to show up consistently and visibly in the community.

Because of this investment, we are able to offer a summer of recreation without financial strain — teens don’t need to own equipment or arrive with a group of friends to participate. They can simply show up. Play a game. Make a connection.

This initiative removes invisible barriers to participation and creates shared experiences that rebuild something many communities are losing: organic, in-person connection. This is how we bring back community.

Empower Her Grant (2025)

The Empower Her Grant through the Boundless Futures Foundation is helping Cosmos bring opportunity directly to teens through our Mobile Pop-Up Programs this summer. This support allows us to expand beyond our physical space — offering workshops, creative experiences, and youth-led programming in neighborhoods and community settings where access may otherwise be limited.

In addition, this funding strengthens our summer workshops and community partnerships, helping us reduce transportation barriers and ensure more teens can participate in meaningful, hands-on experiences. Through this support, we are expanding access, visibility, and opportunity across our region.

Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Grant (2025)

Through the Creative Entrepreneur Accelerator Program (CEAP), Cosmos expanded both creative programming and community outreach.

This funding supported live comedy, DJ-led events, hands-on workshops, and essential creative supplies, while also strengthening our marketing efforts to reach more teens. It allowed us to invest in facilitators, elevate the quality of programming, and expand the range of experiences available to young people in our space.

Pennsylvania Trail Central Marketing & Event Grant Program (2025)

Thanks to support from Pennsylvania Trail Central, our Cosmos Youth Board participated in a Backyard Museum Tour — visiting the Penn Brad Oil Museum, Kinzua Bridge State Park, Smethport Old Jail Museum, Eldred World War II Museum, Zippo/Case Museum, and the Marilyn Horne Museum.

This experience exposed teens to the history, culture, and heritage of our region while strengthening their role as youth leaders. The tour sparked new programming ideas, strengthened their connection to place, and reinforced the importance of community engagement and exploration close to home.
