Support Hub
Care, tools, and trusted help—beyond the Lounge
Welcome
Cosmos’ Lounge is built on connection, creativity, and belonging. We know that sometimes life feels heavy, overwhelming, or confusing—and having access to the right support at the right time matters.
The Support Hub is a place to find trusted tools, safety resources, and community support options. Whether you’re feeling anxious, worried about a friend, or just need to know where to turn, this space is here for you.

Our Role
Cosmos’ Lounge is a safe, welcoming third space—
What we can do is:
-
Share grounding tools that help in the moment
-
Point you toward trusted support and safety resources
-
Encourage connection, communication, and asking for help
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, please use emergency services or a crisis hotline listed on our Mental Health page.

You belong here—even on hard days.
The Support Hub exists because the community does care, and we work together to provide help, and because no one should have to figure everything out alone.
