Host your next birthday party at Cosmos’ Lounge! Our space is designed for fun, creativity, and connection — perfect for kids, teens, and families. Each 2-hour rental includes access to our lounge activities (pool table, games, art supplies, video games, and more). You’re welcome to bring your own food, cake, and decorations, or add on extras like a t-shirt bar, hat station, or custom workshop for a one-of-a-kind celebration. Cancellation Policy
Booking Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Services can be reserved up to 6 months ahead of time. Same-day bookings are not available. Birthday parties are designed for ages 9 and up. Due to the nature of our lounge equipment and activities, we cannot accommodate younger children for birthday bookings. Cancellation A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will receive a refund of any payments beyond the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date are non-refundable. In the rare case that Cosmos’ Lounge must cancel your booking, you may choose a full refund or reschedule to a new date at no additional cost. Waitlist If a service or time slot is full, you may join the waitlist. When a space becomes available, waitlisted clients will be notified and confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
